ROBERT MOUSEMAN THOMPSON RARE EARLY OAK CHAIR

A lovely early Mouseman oak Arm Chair standing on square back legs and octagonal front legs one with a early mouse signature in high relief

The legs are  linked by 4 stretchers, the front stretcher connected parallel in line with period design.  The seat has its original one piece stretched leather which is in excellent condition above a panelled back with twin shaped arms each with unusual shaped hand rests.
